What You’ll Do

• Prepare prescriptions for pharmacist review and final verification

• Accurately dispense medications using manual and automated systems

• Manage inventory and resolve out-of-stock situations promptly

• Use pharmacy software to track orders and update patient records

• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and patient care specialists

• Maintain full HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality

• Stay on your feet during an active 8-hour shift in a fast-paced environment

• Participate in cross-training for additional pharmacy functions

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (Required)

• Computer proficiency and comfort using pharmacy software (Required)

• NY Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred)

• Ability to commute to Syosset, NY 11791 prior to starting (Required)
