Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Day Shift)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders for pharmacist review
• Dispense medications manually and using automated equipment
• Manage inventory (mark out-of-stock items, restock, order supplies)
• Collaborate with pharmacists and patient care specialists on outgoing shipments
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company training standards
• Be open to cross-training in related pharmacy support roles

All tasks will be performed under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years as a pharmacy technician (Required)
• License: NY Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred but not required)
• Computer skills: Proficiency with pharmacy systems
• Physical ability: Able to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Syosset, NY 11791
