What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacist at PersonalRX, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing pre-check dispensing activities and final prescription verification
• Dispensing controlled and non-controlled medications
• Reviewing and rebilling claims to ensure optimal reimbursement
• Supporting Quality Assurance initiatives and reshipment processes
• Assisting pharmacy technicians and collaborating across departments
• Handling urgent patient calls via the pharmacist on-call line
• Taking verbal prescriptions from prescribers
• Managing prescription transfers (incoming and outgoing)

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist License (required)
• 3+ years of retail pharmacy experience
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses over time (company-supported)
• Ability to commute to or relocate to East Rutherford, NJ
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits
